[{"type":"text","content":"\n\n\n\nVANCOUVER, Dec. 18 /CNW/ - OneMove Technologies Inc. (\"OneMove\")\n(TSX.V: OM). Just months after shouldering its way into England's antiquated\nreal estate industry, OneMove has scored a coup by bringing one of the leading\nreal estate companies in southern England under its umbrella of agents.\n\n\nOneMove recently signed on Townends - an award winning player in the hot\nUK real estate market - thus increasing the number of real estate agents\nwithin the OneMove system by 230% since launching its new web-site and\nsoftware in England three months ago.\n\n\n\"The signing of Townends is a big notch in our corporate measuring\nstick,\" said Vancouver-based Martin R. Johnson, President and CEO of OneMove.\n\"Bringing on Townends gives us more than a toehold into that huge market,\"\nJohnson added. \"It gives us a very firm base.\"\n\n\nThe British entity, One Move Limited, is a subsidiary of OneMove and is\nheaded up by Neil Patel. In addition, up to 28%\nof real estate deals in England and Wales fail, causing buyers to lose some or\nall of their transaction fees. \"It's a crazy system,\" Johnson said, adding,\n\"it's little wonder Brits said in a recent survey that buying a house is as\nstressful as dealing with death or going through a divorce.\"\n\n\nAs a solution OneMove offers an all inclusive communication system that\nelectronically links all the parties together to greatly increase the\ntransparency and confidence in the deal. The OneMove system speeds up the\ntransaction time and greatly reduces the risk that a buyer will lose their\ntransaction fees if it fails.\n\n\nOneMove also seamlessly offers buyers and sellers access to a growing\nnetwork of preferred and screened professionals who provide consumers with\neverything from legal work to mortgages, moving services and utility hook ups.\nIn the event that a deal does go sour, OneMove has also partnered with HSBC to\npioneer B...
