It currently services 600 real estate offices in England and Wales.\n\n\nOneMove developed a software program that gives innovative and\ncomprehensive service to frequently beleaguered homebuyers there.\n\n\nThe agreement sets out a three-year working relationship where OneMove\ncan offer the WebSky's software to its growing network of realtors on a\ndiscounted basis. It provides OneMove exclusive access to provide conveyancing\nservices to the 5,000 offers that are processed by WebSky each month along\nwith the 300,000 plus house hunters and 25,000 listed properties that the\nBritish firm's software holds at any one time.\n\n\nOneMove CEO Martin Johnson said, \"Joining WebSky's state of the art\nadministration software with our software will not only make the realtor's\njobs easier, it will serve the needs of the consumer by helping them through\nthe stressful process of buying a home in the UK.\"\n\n\nReal estate transactions take an extraordinary amount of time to complete\nin England and Wales and many collapse. That leaves homebuyers footing bills\nfor transaction fees, such as home inspections and other services.\n\n\nOneMove's British subsidiary makes home buying simpler by removing the\nstress and providing buyers and sellers with all the services they will need,\nsuch as lawyers, mortgage lenders and furniture movers.\n\n\nOneMove's software technology is called Move Management System.
