("Equicom") to provide the Company with strategic investor relations and\nfinancial communications services.\n\n\nEquicom provides strategic communications services to approximately 100\npublic companies across a diverse range of industries. Under the terms of the\nagreement, OneMove will pay Equicom a monthly retainer fee of $7,000 plus GST\nfor professional services, and will reimburse Equicom for any reasonable\nout-of-pocket expenses Equicom may incur while performing services on behalf\nof OneMove. The initial contract term is 12 months, and commences immediately.\nOneMove will draw from its unallocated working capital to pay for the retained\nservices, and expects to incur total costs of approximately $175,000 for\ninvestor relations activities over the next 12-month period.\n\n\nNeither Equicom nor any of its principals has an ownership interest,\ndirectly or indirectly, in OneMove or its securities, and the Company has not\ngranted Equicom or its principals any right to acquire such an interest.\nEquicom is a wholly-owned subsidiary of TSX Group Inc.\n\n\nAbout OneMove Technologies Inc.\n\n\nOneMove Technologies Inc.
