The delay is attributable to additional time required to finalize the\r\nreview of the Company's interim financial statements with its independent\r\naccountants. The delay does not relate to any change in the Company's financial\r\ncondition, operations, or previously disclosed business activities.\r\n\r\nUpon filing of the Q1 Filings, the Company will promptly request reinstatement\r\nof its OTCID tier designation with OTC Markets Group.
