(TSX.V: NAM | OTCQB: NMTLF | FSE: P7J)\n(“NAM” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce the\ncommencement of its 2026 platinum group metal (“PGM”) exploration\nprogram at its 100%-owned River Valley Project (“River Valley” or\n“RV”), located approximately 100 km east of Sudbury, Ontario.\nThis program forms part of\nNAM’s aggressive growth strategy to expand its PGM portfolio through\nstrategic acquisitions across North America, underscored by the\nCompany’s recent\nacquisition of the Northern Shield Project in Ontario’s Ring of\nFire.\n\n\nPhase 1 of a planned two-phase exploration program will\nfocus on a DasVision 3D Induced Polarization (IP) survey over the Mustang Zone,\nsituated southeast along strike from the main River Valley mineralized\ntrend on NAM’s mining leases (Figure 2). The survey is being carried\nout by Abitibi Geophysics of\nVal-d’Or, Québec, a leading provider of\nadvanced geophysical services.\n\n\nThe program is designed to generate high-priority drill targets and\nsupport the expansion and upgrading of mineral resources within the underexplored Mustang Zone.\n\n\nHighlights\n\n\n\n\nA 3-year\nexploration permit is in place for the River\nValley Project, covering geophysical surveys and drilling on the\nMustang Property \n\n\n\n\n\n\nContract signed with Abitibi Geophysics\n(Val d’Or) for the DasVision 3D IP survey and\ninterpretation \n\n\n\nThe DasVision 3D IP survey is now\nunderway  \n\n\n\nThe survey results will generate priority targets for\ndrill testing in 2026 \n\n\n\nPlatinum and copper prices at recent\nmulti-year highs, with palladium (Figure 1) and rhodium rebounding\nstrongly from recent lows in early 2025,\nreinforcing the strategic value of PGM-Cu exploration \n\n\n\nNAM is advancing a joint venture strategy for the 4.5 km Mustang Zone to bring in a strategic PGM\npartner while the Company prioritizes development of its core River\nValley resource area \n\n\n\nThe Company maintains ongoing engagement with\nNipissing First Nation\npursuant to a Memor...
