Agreements to Sell
Oklahoma National Stock Yards Company
and Related Real Estate

OKLAHOMA CITY, Oklahoma (April 21, 2025)— National Stock Yards Company (OTC: NSYC) announced today that it has entered into an agreement to sell Oklahoma National Stock Yards Company, a wholly owned subsidiary of National Stock Yards Company, and that Oklahoma National Stock Yards Company has concurrently entered into a separate agreement to sell certain real property, subject to certain net working capital and other contingencies and adjustments, buyer due diligence, and other terms and provisions of the agreements. 

The transaction is expected to close late in the third quarter or early in the fourth quarter of 2025, subject to the terms and provisions of the agreements.
