(\"Namibia Rare\n Earths\" or the \"Company\") (TSX: NRE) has filed a National Instrument\n 43-101 (\"NI 43-101\") compliant resource report (the \"Report\") for the\n heavy rare earth enriched deposit in Area 4 on the Lofdal Rare Earth\n Project in northwestern Namibia (Figure 1). As previously announced by\n the Company on September 19, 2012, the mineral resource exhibits\n exceptional levels of heavy rare earth enrichment2 (\"HREE\") of between 75% and 93% HREE depending on cut-off grade with\n corresponding total rare earth oxide grades (\"TREO\") ranging from\n 0.27-1.26% TREO. The resource drilling program has provided a mineral\n resource estimate extending from surface to a vertical depth of\n approximately 150 meters. Ongoing exploration drilling has however,\n intersected the deposit to vertical depths of 250 vertical meters\n (Company press release July 17, 2012).\n\n\nThe Report, titled NI 43-101 Technical Report and Mineral Resource Estimate for Area 4 of\n the Lofdal Rare Earth Element (REE) Project, Khorixas District,\n Republic of Namibia, was independently prepared by The MSA Group (Pty) Ltd. of South Africa\n (\"MSA\"). The Report has been filed on SEDAR and is available at www.sedar.com.\n\n\nMSA has currently identified 0.3% TREO as the appropriate cut-off grade\n for the mineral resource which provides 0.90 MMT at 0.62% TREO with 86%\n heavy enrichment (Indicated) and 0.75 MMT at 0.56% TREO with 85% heavy\n enrichment (Inferred). Details on the base case resource are provided\n in Table 1. A summary of mineral resources at varying cut-off grades is\n presented in Table 2. A complete listing of details on all cut-off\n grades is presented in Table 3.\n\...
