Result of EGM and Board changes
MTI Wireless Edge Ltd announced the successful passing of all resolutions at its extraordinary general meeting. For resolutions 1 and 2, 32,299,822 votes were cast in favor, representing 98.33%, while 548,700 votes were against, constituting 1.67%, with a total of 32,848,522 votes. Resolution 3 saw 32,285,308 votes for (98.29%) and 563,214 against (1.71%), totaling 32,848,522 votes. Resolution 4 received 32,826,531 votes for (99.93%) and 21,991 against (0.07%), totaling 32,848,522 votes. Resolution 5 had 32,278,708 votes for (98.29%) and 563,214 against (1.71%), with a total of 32,841,922 votes. Following the resolutions, Mrs. Amalia Borovitz Bryl has been appointed as a director and Chair of the board, and Mr. David Yariv has been appointed as Vice Chairman, effective August 20, 2025.
