The annual accounts, re-appointment of auditors, and re-election of James E. Lesser as Director all received unanimous approval with 100% of votes cast in favour. Resolutions concerning the authority to allot shares and pre-emption rights were approved with 99.27% of votes in favour, while the share buy-back authority also passed with 100% of votes cast.
