Limited 20 February 2017 \n\n \nMINERAL & FINANCIAL INVESTMENTS LIMITED\n(\"Mineral & Financial\", \"MAFL\", or the \"Company\")\n \n PLACING\nThe Company is pleased to announce that it has successfully completed, subject only to admission, a placing to raise approximately £350,000 from the issue of 4,375,000 new ordinary shares (\"New Ordinary Shares\") at a price of 8p per share (the \"Placing\"), through Beaufort Securities Limited.\nApplication has been made for the New Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and dealings are expected to commence on 27 February 2017. \nThe funds raised from the Placing will be used in relation to potential investment opportunities in line with the Company's investing policy and for general working capital purposes. \nFollowing the issue of the New Ordinary Shares, the total number of shares in issue is 28,409,562 Ordinary Shares. There are no shares held in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 28,409,562.
