Limited 15 March 2017 \n\n15 March 2017\nMINERAL & FINANCIAL INVESTMENTS LIMITED\n \n(\"Mineral & Financial\", \"MAFL\", or the \"Company\")\n \nPLACING\n \nThe Company is pleased to announce that it has successfully completed, subject only to admission, a placing to raise £500,000 from the issue of 3,333,333 new ordinary shares (\"New Ordinary Shares\") at a price of 15p per share (the \"Placing\"), through Beaufort Securities Limited.\n \nApplication has been made for the New Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and dealings are expected to commence on 21 March 2017.\n \nThe funds raised from the Placing will be used in relation to potential investment opportunities in line with the Company's investing policy and for general working capital purposes. \n \nFollowing the issue of the New Ordinary Shares, the total number of shares in issue is 34,742,895 Ordinary Shares. There are no shares held in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 34,742,895.
