However, Mr. Lesser has agreed to remain on the M&FI Board and continue to be an integral part of M&FI's governance, accordingly he will be appointed Non-Executive Director of the Company with immediate effect. Over the past several months Mr Lesser's time commitment advising international and supranational organisations has grown and impinged on his time availability for M&FI matters. \n \n \n Jacques Vaillancourt, Executive Chairman of M&FI said \"Jamie is a great colleague and a highly professional team player whose daily contributions will be missed. However, we are delighted and thankful that Jamie will remain on the M&FI Board and we will continue to benefit from his wise counsel.
