The directors believe Sean's personal, technical and financial experience will significantly strengthen Mineral and Financial Investments Limited's Board. MAFL is an investment company whose focus is to invest in natural resource companies, particularly mining companies, to generate above average returns for its shareholders.\nSean Timothy Keenan, aged 41, is geologist with a deep and wide ranging experience in finance. Sean is currently General Manager of Corporate Development for Chalice Gold, an Australian based ASX and TSX listed gold mining company. In addition, Sean has been a director of Redstar Gold Corp, a TSX-listed gold exploration company, since 2014. Sean spent seven years with Resource Capital Funds (RCF), one of the largest mining focused Private Equity fund management company. Sean also spent six years at BMO Capital Markets, one of the world's leading mining investment banks, in both research and investment banking. \nMr. Keenan has a BSc. in Geology from the University of Western Australia and MSc. from the Imperial College, Royal School of Mines. Sean is currently also a director of Aveyron Capital LLC and Ophir Metals Pty. Ltd. He was previously a director of Pursuit Resources Pty Limited. \nMr. Keenan is not, and has not been, a director or partner of any other Company or partnership in the last five years. Sean does not currently hold any shares in the Company.
