The same applies to the total number of voting rights in the company. The correct figure is '963,833,793'. \n \nAll other details remain unchanged. The full amended text is shown below. \n \n \n \n31 May 2013\n \nMETALS EXPLORATION PLC\n \nTotal Voting Rights\n \nThe Company issued and allotted 139,090,690 new ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company at a price of 7 pence per new ordinary share, pursuant to a placing for cash on 29 April 2013. \n \nFollowing the issue of the new ordinary shares there are 963,833,793 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in issue with each share carrying the right to one vote. There are no shares held in treasury.
