[{"type":"text","content":"\n\n23 August 2024\nMETALS EXPLORATION PLC\nResult of General Meeting\nMetals Exploration plc (AIM: MTL) (\"Metals Exploration\", \"MTL\", the \"Company\" or the \"Group\"), a gold producer in the Philippines, announces that at the General Meeting of the Company held earlier today, all resolutions set out in the Notice of General Meeting were passed on a poll.\nThe full text of the resolutions set out in the Notice of the General Meeting are contained in the Circular to shareholders dated 5 August 2024 that can be found on the Company's website at https://www.metalsexploration.com/investors.\nResolutions 1 to 4 (inclusive) were passed as ordinary resolutions. Resolution 5 was also passed as an ordinary resolution and, as required by the City Code on Takeovers and Mergers, this resolution was taken on a poll vote of Independent Shareholders as defined in the Circular.
