The financial information has been extracted from the statutory accounts of the Group and the Company for the years ended 31 December 2022 and 31 December 2021. The auditors reported on those accounts; the 31 December 2022 and 31 December 2021 reports were unqualified and did not contain a reference to any matters to which the auditors drew attention by way of emphasis without qualifying their report and did not contain a statement under either Section 498 (2) or Section 498 (3) of the Companies Act 2006.
