PKF's re-appointment for the subsequent financial year will be subject to approval by shareholders at the next Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held in 2024.\n \nThe Company's Audit Committee undertook a formal competitive audit tender process following the financial half-year ended 30 June 2023.
