(TSX.V: MQM;\nOTCQB: MQMIF) (“MQM” or “Company”) is pleased to announce its\nESG/Sustainability Report for the year 2025.  The scope of this\nproject encompasses MQM’s Lac Otelnuk Iron Ore Project (Quebec).\n\n\n\n \n\n\nSince MQM’s project activities were limited\nexclusively to desktop-based studies and technical analyses, any\nassociated emissions are immaterial and minimal in nature. We have dedicated\nsubstantial time, effort, and resources toward building these\nrelationships and ensuring responsible project development.\n\n\n \n\n\nIn support of this commitment, on December 12, 2023, MQM announced the\nsigning of an Exploration and Pre-Development Agreement with the\nNaskapi Nation of Kawawachikamach. We have also continued meaningful\ndialogue with other First Nations, local custodians, regional\nauthorities, and communities surrounding our Lac Otelnuk Project in\nQuébec.\n\n\n \n\n\nAt MQM, we firmly believe that while a project’s success may be\nreflected in its financial results and economic potential, its\nlong-term sustainability depends on...
