(TSX: LABS) (OTCQB: MEDIF) (FSE: MLZ) (“MediPharm” or the “Company”), a pharmaceutical company specialized in precision-based cannabinoids, today announced that Shelley Potts will be stepping down from the Company’s Board of Directors (the “Board”), effective December 31, 2025. The Company also announced that Michael Bumby will be rejoining the Board, effective January 1, 2026, bringing extensive experience in finance and governance to support MediPharm’s strategic priorities.\n \n\n Michael Bumby previously served on the Board and was Chief Financial Officer at VIVO Cannabis Inc., which MediPharm acquired in 2023.
