Both have had distinguished careers with Shell Canada over many\nyears, making significant contributions to the company's success.\n\n\nThe announcement comes as Royal Dutch Shell assumes full ownership of\nShell Canada following its successful acquisition of the minority interest in\nthe Company.\n\n\nMs. Williams was appointed Chief Financial Officer for Shell Canada in\n2003. During her 22-year career with Shell, she worked in a variety of finance\nroles, including two overseas assignments with Shell International.\n\n\nMr. Kilgour retires with over 30 years of service with Shell Canada,\nalmost entirely in the company's exploration and production division.\nFollowing assignments in Alberta and Nova Scotia he was appointed to his\ncurrent position in 2002.\n\n\n","length":1056,"tagName":"div"}]
