Re:  MNZO:OTC Pink, 'Limted Information' - Manzo Pharmaceuticals, Incorporated

As Per 15c211 Disclosure Rules:

SHAREHOLDER APPROVAL

In the course of the 'Corporate Cleanup' Conducted on Manzo Pharmaceuticals, Incorporated, it was determined that certian Corporate Functions, dating back to 2012, were conducted without approprate authority.  Consequently, Manzo Pharmaceuticals, Incorporated is unable to conduct business until a quarom of the Sharehlders from 2012 agree to a 'retroactive resolution'.

Moreover, significant ammendments need to be made to the Articles, and an acquisition and name change needs to be approved by the Shareholders.
