Notice of Full Year Results

Manolete (AIM:MANO), the leading quoted UK insolvency litigation financing company, will announce its audited results for the year ended 31 March 2025 on 26 June 2025.

The results will be published at 07:00 BST through the regulatory news service (RNS) and on the Company's investor website: https://investors.manolete-partners.com/.

A presentation for analysts will be held at 10:00 BST. It will take place at America Square Conference Centre, Cavendish Venues - Lower Ground Floor, One America Square, 17 Crosswall, London, EC3N 2LB. Those wishing to attend, please register with Instinctif Partners at manolete@instinctif.com.

In addition, Manolete will provide a live presentation and Q&A relating to the Full Year Results for the year ended 31 March 2025 via Investor Meet Company at 14:45 BST on 26 June 2025.
