Richmond, Virginia – Logipix International Corp. (OTC: LPIX) (“Logipix” or the “Company”) today announced the start of implementation of its advanced Virtual Ramp Control System for JFK Terminal 6 at John F. Kennedy International Airport. The system is being deployed under the Company’s contract with JFK Millennium Partners, the consortium leading the $4.2 billion redevelopment of the terminal.
The project marks a significant step forward in the modernization of airside operations at JFK. The Virtual Ramp Control System is designed to enhance airport security, operating efficiency, and ground safety through advanced real-time monitoring, intelligent analytics, and improved situational awareness for terminal gate operations.
Logipix was selected for the project based on its proven capabilities in high-resolution intelligent computer vision and its track record of successful implementation in high-volume global commercial airside environments, including LaGuardia Airport, Mumbai, and Bangalore Airports.
The system deployment incorporates Logipix’s multi-sensor panoramic video technology together with its Airside Augmented Reality Solution (LAARS) software. The solution provides live monitoring and analysis of ground activity, including real-time object classification and tracking, in support of the Terminal 6 gate operations center. By integrating ultra-high-resolution cameras, AI-driven analytics, and advanced operational control features, the system is intended to support faster decision-making, more efficient aircraft handling, and stronger operational awareness across the ramp environment.
“We are pleased to begin implementation of our Virtual Ramp Control System at JFK Terminal 6,” said Mike Broggie, chief operating officer of Logipix. “The start of this project represents an important milestone for Logipix and reinforces our commitment to delivering advanced airside technology that supports safer, smarter, and more efficient airport operations at commercial and general aviation sites worldwide.”
Logipix is under contract for the project delivery and support through 2032.
