Liberty also intends to grant the initial purchasers an option to purchase, within a 13-day period beginning on, and including, the date on which the Notes are first issued, up to an additional $50.0 million aggregate principal amount of the Notes (the "Initial Purchaser Option").","length":806,"tagName":"p"},{"type":"text","content":"The Notes will be general unsecured, senior obligations of Liberty and will accrue interest payable semiannually in arrears on March 1 and September 1 of each year, beginning on September 1, 2026.
