As of July 1, 2025, Dr. Dirk Rogowski has been appointed as a new member and Chairman of the Management Board. The current sole Management Board member, Dr. Achim Illner, will step down from his position by mutual agreement as of July 31, 2025, following a transitional phase during which he will oversee the handover of responsibilities to Dr. Rogowski.\n LIBERO remains confident that the capital increase will be successfully implemented in the near term.Barcelona Transaction\n In connection with the pending transaction with FC Barcelona and the related ongoing legal proceedings, several matters remain unresolved. However, the company has recently seen positive developments on the legal front.
