The Arizona PPE acquisition was an all-cash transaction valued at approximately $4 million, subject to post-closing adjustments and customary holdback provisions. The $5.5 million purchase price of the California PPE acquisition was paid in a combination of approximately $3.4 million in Company stock and $2.1 million in cash, subject to post-closing adjustments and customary holdback provisions.
