Deep-South attorneys will have until\n \n May 13, 2022\n \n to file their reply to the defense of the Ministry.\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n The judge has also drawn the attention of the parties to the Part 6 of the Rules of High Court. Part 6 deals with sanctions for failure to comply with the rules, directions or court orders.
