(TSX-V: DSM) (the \"Company\") announced today\n that at its annual and special meeting, the Company's shareholders\n elected the following seven individuals to the Company's board of\n directors: Jorge Bernhard, Tye W. Burt, Ian W. Delaney, G. Scott Moore,\n Alastair Neill, Peter H. Puccetti and Timothy E.
