In CaliPharms search for an acquisition within the Cannabis distribution and delivery arena, an acquisition opportunity in the “Last Mile Delivery” space was recently presented to the company. The proposed acquisition is a fully operational last mile delivery business that has a service agreement with Amazon to delivery packages in the San Francisco Bay area, Oakland, and San Jose.
Since 2016, the acquisition target company has delivered 15 Million small to medium sized packages daily and last year recorded a $16.2 Million in revenue. In 2016, the target company began its’ last mile delivery customer with only five employees and in less than two years have grown its’ driver and administrative personnel to over 300 full time and part time employees.
