KBC Group strengthens its position in Central Europe with the acquisition of Business Lease in the Czech Republic and Slovakia
Business Lease Group BV, part of AutoBinck Group NV and ČSOB Leasing Czech Republic and ČSOB Leasing Slovakia, both respective part of KBC Group's Czech and Slovak divisions announce today the signing of a binding agreement for the acquisition of all shares (100%) of Business Lease s.r.o.
