Bioenterprise BC is a non-profit business accelerator helping agriculture and biology based companies grow through strategic funding.The Ministry of Agriculture, through the BC Innovation Council, recently agreed to disburse $200,000 per year over four years from the Agriculture Science and Innovation Fund to establish Bioenterprise BC. These funds will allow Bioenterprise BC to support the commercialization of innovations in agriculture and help raise agri-food revenue throughout the region.Ambient Water has worked with BW GLOBAL Structures Inc. to develop closed-loop greenhouse structures for commercial use. The 12x24 greenhouses have complete climate control and water production, allowing for food growth within a week of assembly. The structures are currently in testing phase, and are built to ensure climate control and water production regardless of outside weather conditions.
