(TSXV:\nIMI)\n(OTCQB: IMITF) (\"Ironman\" or the \"Company\")\nannounces that its application for a management\ncease trade order (\"MCTO\") under\nNational Policy 12-203 – Management Cease Trade Orders\n(\"NP 12-203\"), as previously announced in a\nnews release dated April 29, 2026, has been accepted by the British\nColumbia Securities Commission (the \"BCSC\"). The MCTO\nwas issued by the BCSC, effective as of April 30, 2026, in connection\nwith the delay by the Company in filing its interim financial\nstatements and accompanying management’s discussion and analysis and\nrelated CEO and CFO certificates for the period ended February 28,\n2026 (collectively, the \"Q1 Filings\"). The delay is due to (i) the\nshort time frame between the deadline for the Q1 Filings of April 29,\n2026, and the filing of the Company’s annual financial statements\nand accompanying management’s discussion and analysis for the\nfinancial year ended November 30, 2025, which were filed on April 13,\n2026, (ii) a change in accounting operating systems, and (iii) a\nrecent change in accounting personnel.  \n\n\nThe Company expects to file the Q1 Filings as soon as\nthey are available and by no later than May 15, 2026. The Company will\nissue a news release once the Q1 Filings have been filed. Until the\nCompany files the Q1 Filings, it will comply with the alternative\ninformation guidelines set out in NP 12-203, including the issuance of\nbi-weekly default status reports in the form of news\nreleases.
