(TSXV:LGR) (the\n"Company") today announced that it intends to extend for a period of six\nmonths the exercise period of 4,250,000 outstanding share purchase warrants,\nwhich are due to expire on October 25, 2007 (as to 3,750,000 warrants), and\nNovember 1, 2007 (as to 500,000 warrants). The affected warrants were issued\npursuant to a private placement completed in April and May 2006. The $0.70\nexercise price of the warrants will remain unchanged. The warrant extension is\nsubject to the acceptance of the TSX Venture Exchange.\n\n\nLogan Resources Ltd. is a mineral exploration company that specializes in\nacquiring, exploring and advancing Canadian mineral properties prospective for\nprecious metals, base metals and uranium.
