Total Voting Rights

Informa (LSE: INF.L the international Live B2B Events, B2B Digital Services and Academic Markets Group today provides an update on the Total Voting Rights of the Company following the continuation of its Share Buyback Programme.

Share Buyback Programme

The Company commenced a Share Buyback Programme in February 2022 and, as at 28 February 2026, has repurchased and cancelled 266,410,544^[1] ordinary shares.

Total Voting Rights

At close of business on 28 February 2026, the total issued share capital of the Company, and its total voting rights, consisted of 1,281,524,119¹ ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each.  The Company does not hold any shares in Treasury.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
