   Response to PSX Letter regarding Unusual Movement in Price and Volume of Shares of IdealSpinning Mills Limited ("IDSM")

   Dear Sir,

   " We refer to your letter no PSX/Gen-593 dated May 20, 2026, issued under Section 97 of the Securities Act, 2015 read with Clause 5.6.3 of the PSX Regulations, regarding the observed unusual movement in the price and volume of the shares of Ideal Spinning Mills Limited ("the Company").

   In this connection, we wish to submit the following for your kind information and record:

   1. The management of the Company has carefully reviewed the matter and confirms that there is no material, price-sensitive information, development, decision, transaction, or corporate action that has not already been disclosed to the public and that could have resulted in the observed movement in the price or volume of the Company's shares.

   2. The Company has neither undertaken nor initiated any activity, directly or indirectly, that may hav0 influenced or caused the said unusual movement. To the best of our knowledge, the movement appears to be marl‹et-driven and attributable to independent trading decisions of shareholders or investors, over which the Company has no control.

   3. The Company continues to fully comply with the applicable provisions of the Securities Act, 2015,

      PSX Regulations, and other relevant laws, and ensures that all

      material information is disseminated promptly and transparently through PUCARS, as and when

      required.

   4. The Company remains vigilant and undertakes that if any price-sensitive or material information comes to its knowledge in future that may affect the price or volume of its shares, the same shall be disclosed promptly in accordance with the applicable regulatory requirements.
