Refinancing of £125 million revolving credit facility at improved pricing

Ibstock Plc ("Ibstock" or the "Group") is pleased to announce the successful renewal of the Group's revolving credit facility ("RCF"), which was due to mature in November 2026.

The renewed £125 million RCF is for an initial four-year term, with an extension option of one further year and is provided by a syndicate of four of our existing lenders, reflecting continued support for the Group's strategy. The RCF is at improved pricing versus the existing facility and also incorporates an accordion feature allowing the Group to increase the facility by up to an additional £50 million.
