Hypertension Diagnostics, Inc. (OTC: HDII) is pleased to announce that they have signed the Shares Purchase Agreement with China Specialty (Hong Kong) International Limited. HDII will acquire this company which has more than 30 registered trademarks, and its business focuses on licensing, distribution authorization, investment in China.

Hypertension Diagnostics, Inc., would like to inform the Shareholders at the Chinese New Year season that CEO Liangjian Peng will be resigning his position as CEO from now. however, Mr. Peng will remain the chairman of director board of the Company going forward. Hypertension Diagnostics, Inc. would also like to introduce to all the Shareholders at this time, Mr. Bo Long will be the New/Incoming CEO of the Company "HDII". Mr. Long has accepted the upcoming role as CEO and will take this said Officer position now. The Company's New CEO Mr. Long stated, "I am excited to take on the role as Chief Executive Officer for Hypertension Diagnostics, Inc. I believe the consolidation of the two Companies will bring great value to the Shareholders of Hypertension Diagnostics, Inc.
