[{"type":"text","content":"\n\n \n9 May 2023\nLet's Explore Group PLC\n \n(the \"Company\" or the \"Group\") \n \nConfirmation of Capital Reduction\n \nFurther to the announcements made by the Company on 8 March 2023 and this morning, the Board of Directors of Let's Explore Group PLC (AIM: LETS) is pleased to announce that the reduction of capital (the \"Capital Reduction\") required to effect the cancellation of the share premium account and capital redemption reserve of the Company, previously confirmed by the High Court of Justice of England and Wales, was today filed with the Registrar of Companies and as a result, the Capital Reduction process is complete.\n \nThe Capital Reduction is a prerequisite of the tender offer announced by the Company earlier today.\n \nFull details of the Capital Reduction are set out in the notice of general meeting which was sent to shareholders of the Company on 8 March 2023 (the \"Notice\").
