James Smith, currently Non-Executive Director of Helium One, is to be appointed as Chairman with immediate effect.\nJames is an experienced Director with over 35 years of experience in the natural resources sector.  He has extensive expertise in the oil and gas industry having held a number of senior positions at Chevron Corporation, PanOcean Energy and also VP Exploration at Tanzanian focussed Orca Exploration.
