('Headlam', the 'Company', the 'Group')
Headlam (LSE: HEAD), the UK's leading floorcoverings distributor, announces that on 9 April 2026, (in compliance with Listing Rule 6.4.1R and 6.3.5R of the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules) it has submitted copies of the Company's Annual Report & Accounts 2025, (the 'Annual Report') to the National Storage Mechanism in full unedited text (together with this announcement).
These documents will shortly be available for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism and can also accessed on the Company's website at: https://www.headlam.com/investors/reports-presentations
The Annual Report is expected to be posted today to those shareholders that have elected to received hard copies of shareholder communications.
