[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nRNS Number : 4561E Harvest Minerals Limited 08 May 2017 \n\n \n8 May 2017\nHarvest Minerals Limited \n(\"Harvest\" or the \"Company\")\n \nExercise of Warrants and Total Voting Rights\n \nThe Company announces that it has received an exercise notice from certain of its warrantholders for the exercise of 110,000 warrants over ordinary shares of no par value in the capital of the Company (\"Ordinary Shares\"). All the warrants exercised had an exercise price of 8.8 pence per warrant. Accordingly, 110,000 new Ordinary Shares have been issued to these warrantholders.\nTotal Voting Rights\nApplication has been made for admission of these 110,000 new Ordinary Shares to trading on AIM (\"Admission\") and it is expected that Admission will take place at 8.00 a.m. on 12 May 2017. Following Admission, there will be a total of 116,838,589 Ordinary Shares in issue. The Company holds no shares in treasury.
