(AIM: GKP)\n(\"Gulf Keystone\" or \"the Company\")\n \nExercise of Warrants\n \nFurther to the announcement on 16 September 2013 Gulf Keystone has been notified by Mirabaud Securities LLP (\"the Warrant Holder\") of the exercise of the balance of a Warrant, which was issued in lieu of a cash payment for placing fees in respect of the October 2010 fund raising, which entitles the Warrant Holder to subscribe for the remaining 500,000 new common shares of US$0.01 each (\"Warrant Shares\") granted pursuant to the Placing Agreement dated 15 October 2010 at a price of 140p raising £700,000.\n \nThe Company has now received payment of £700,000 and has applied for admission of the Warrant Shares to trading on AIM (\"Admission\"). It is expected that Admission will become effective and that dealings in the Warrant Shares will commence at 8.00 a.m. on 30 September 2013.
