GMND Licenses Bi-Agra Technology to C.Trade-Bard for Worldwide Manufacturing & Distribution

CARLSBAD, Calif. – December 3, 2012 - Green Mountain Development Corp (Pinksheet: GMND), announced today that GMND has signed a licensing agreement with C. Trade-BARD, Inc. (CTB) for the manufacturing & international distribution of Bi-Agra™ products. CTB plans to manufacture the products in its Pennsylvania facility, develop an international marketing strategy and distribute the products in multiple countries.  The license agreement is for a term of fifteen years and calls for gross revenue royalty fees for the term of the contract. Both companies look forward to the successful deployment of the Bi-Agra™ products which have demonstrated increased yields for many food and fuel crops.

C.Trade-BARD, Inc. has an extensive scientific research facility and also manufacturing sites in Pennsylvania, Georgia and Texas and currently concentrates its business efforts on algae based products including bio-fuels.  CTB provides manufacturing capacity and an international distribution infrastructure for Bi-Agra™ products, allowing GMND to extend the Bi-Agra™ products worldwide with high quality control, good value and excellent customer service.

Surajit Khanna, Founder of BARD states, “The Bi-Agra™ product is a bacteria based, plant enhancement product and fits perfectly with our expertise in algae based research, manufacturing and distribution of products such as Astaxanthin, spirulina and certain bio-fuel strains.
