Background

1. Golden Patriot Corp. (the Issuer) is a reporting issuer under the Securities Act (Alberta) (the Act) and has failed to file the following periodic disclosure pursuant to section 146 of the Act:

(a) annual audited financial statements, annual management's discussion and analysis, certification of annual filings and annual information form for the year ended 30 April 2013; and

(b) interim unaudited financial statements, interim management's discussion and analysis, and certification of interim filings for the interim periods ended 31 October 2012, 31 January 2013, 31 July 2013 and 31 October 2013.

Decision

2. Under section 33.1 of the Act, it is ordered that trading or purchasing cease in respect of any security of the Issuer until this order has been revoked or varied.
