Both appointments are\n effective immediately. Mr. Allen will replace Mr. Alex Helmel,\n currently President and CEO of the Company.  Mr. Helmel will remain a\n Director.\n\n\nMr. Duane Parnham, Executive Chairman of Giyani Gold, stated "We are\n delighted to announce that Mr. Allen and Mr. Middleton have agreed to\n join the management team of Giyani.
