Results of the votes by ballot for the appointment of an auditor at the AGM are as follows: 5,124,166 (91.09%) votes for and 500,940 (8.91%) votes withheld.\n\nThe Giyani Gold rolling Stock Option Plan and Advance Notice Policy has been approved by shareholders. The election of directors and the appointment of an auditor were conducted and approved by ballot at the AGM.
