The Meeting will still be held on Thursday, June 17, 2021, but is now scheduled to commence at 12:00 noon (EST) at the Vancouver offices of DSA Corporate Services Inc., located at 620-1111 Melville Street, Vancouver, British Columbia. Given the current COVID-19 situation in British Columbia and existing public health orders and guidance, the Company strongly encourages all shareholders not to attend the Meeting in person, but to cast their votes by proxy ahead of the Meeting and to participate via the online broadcast (link below).
