Under the terms of the agreements, eMedia will deliver a custom format of\nmusic via its proprietary eMplayer platform to over 60 subscriber locations,\nincluding the banners "Freedom", "Exhibit-A", "D-tox," "Amnesia" and\n"Arsenic."\n\n\nD-tox, Amnesia and Arsenic\n\n\nA chain of over 30 specialty stores based in Quebec, Amnesia and Arsenic\nare action sports retail stores and D-tox specializes in apparel and\naccessories related to the music industry. All three banners market private\nlabel clothing under the names Vexy and Rewind, in addition to branded\nproducts.\n\n\nAbout eMedia Networks\n\n\neMedia Networks is Canada's leading supplier of licensed background (or\n"in store") music played in public spaces. eMedia's client base includes many\nnational retail and restaurant chains including Roots Canada, Le Chateau, Body\nShop and International Clothiers. Background music consists of CD quality\nartist recordings that are played in retail and restaurant establishments and\nother public venues to enhance and define a client's brand image and as a\nsales enhancement tool.
