As a result, the deadline for the closing of the acquisition\n has been extended until November 29, 2010.\n\n\nAlexander Helmel, President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company\n stated "We remain extremely excited about the project and the prospect\n of completing the acquisition of the Giyani land package.
