CANCELLATION OF TREASURY SHARES

The Company today announces the cancellation of treasury shares in accordance with the provisions of section 729 of the Companies Act 2006 and pursuant to the share buyback and cancellation programme.

As required by UK Listing Rule 12.6.4 and DTR 5 the Company discloses the following information:
